dicer not working with Cross

I guys cant seem to get my dicer to work with my Cross software can you please help

this is very little info to work with...

what's the equipment and what's your setup.

Make sure the device is connected and recognized by the OS before starting Cross.

In Preferences MIDI tab, does the tab light up green when using a control at the dicer.

Hi rojec i have a novation dicer, m3 Numark mixer and t60 stanton turntables i can select it in the MIDI tab but dont have a map for it and does not work with the program

Are you using Cross 3.3.11 (not demo or free version)

Please use the 32bit version (if you have 64bit you also have the 32bit version installed). The 64bit version only works when the drivers of your controller are 64bit.

Does the MIDI tab light up green when you
(in my capture the 'nanoPAD 1 PAD' tab)

Also try switching USB port (and restart Cross) if it doesn't work.

Not having audio likely also has to do with lack of 64bit drivers..

And .. what's your OS

I´ve plugged my Dicers in my win 7 System
started Cross and go to the MIDI tab
select Novation dicer 1.50

they work immediately.

Mapping is
the First Button you can scroll through your library
second Button is for Cue points
third Button Autoloop /length
