Hey guys, in the windows version as the screenshot shows, there is a FILES tab in the left pane in the browser area which is used to navigate to your mp3 location on your hard drive. On the mac, that FILES option is not there, I tried using the option from the COLLECTIONS tab in the top tootbar but when I navigate to the mp3s on my external drive, they are shaded out. Can anyone first tell if there is a way to have the FILES tab on a mac? Don't mean to bump this post guys but I am seeking help for the paid version, is there any way to contact the developers directly for help with this issue please?

Thanks for the reply Ronald but I am wondering why there is not a direct contact to the developers for technical help so if the average user here can't help with this or any other issue then I will be left on my own?

I am not making this inquiry for myself, I am a PC repair tech, a DJ brought his mac to me asking me to help with this issue and is the reason why I joined this forum. If giving his license details here will get his issue settled then I can ask, let me know?

 it can be of some help to him ,, as for resolving the issue not familiar with mac ,,but havent seen this problem as too countless versions ,, the updated software vwill resolve some issues with mac and the updated os ,have to look at the postings again to see if you gave any info as to his computer set up ,,ie os and computer specs ,, any info posted might shed some light ,,espesicialy if hes using a external drive ,, as a tech you should realise not knowing the whole story can lead to bad trouble shooting and problem resolving ,, thanks for your assistance to get his software operational ,, And again WELCOME  donr post any licences # on a open fourm ,, please have him regerster it under his own profile

The problem is he does not want to leave his mac with anyone so I can't help him if I don't have any troubleshooting steps I can try in his presence but I will ask him to bring the mac here and this time I'll post the specifics and go into more detail, I will also have him join this forum and will post this same issue under his username.
