I'm using 3.3.10 on Win8 and can load all video tracks except anything in full HD (1920X1080). When trying to load one of them the player says "loading" and just sits there and does nothing else. The only way to be able to use the player again is quit and restart the program. Full HD videos play properly on the PC out of Cross. Any ideas anyone???

In fact I can add to this... I'm also getting the Beatgrid 'greyed' out for them and every video I try to load after this it will do the same... even though the same video might play in the other player! It's also not just Full HD either. What has happened? I've never had a problem before, in fact going back and using older versions it all works fine. Anyone? I need this machine up and running for Saturday night as I'm doing a night entirely on video. Well I thought I was.

It's Win8, 32 bit. 3GHz uP, 4Gb ram, 2Gb video. I'd have to make all 6Gb of video files available as it's now not all the same ones going wrong. If they won't load and I restart Cross, the vid will be there ready to play on restart. Also noticed that even though the collection is analyzed when loading any track it re-analyzes it on load and can crash at 20%. It's always 20% when it stops.

Thanks for the advice but I can't see any crash files available unfortunately. But the weird behaviour continues... I can have the same file playing in both players; but the video will only show in one and then no video will show in that player until restart, I can get the waveform to show in the player but there is nothing where the beatgrid is (and therefore no audio), random crashes while trying to load any track (not just video) and the headphones will not work properly (I have no PFL, only the main output) no matter what I try! I've just tried 3.3.10 on my old PC (1.8GHz uP, 2Gb RAM, 1Gb video) and it works absolutely fine... I just have no way of adding a second video output to it. I've uninstalled and re-installed (Cross, Video and drivers) but to no avail. It must be something to do with the actual hardware. I'll get makes and models and post them up if you think it might help.

Thanks for the reply. I've turned off everything that isn't needed, removed the collection, added four tracks (two video and two audio), re-analyzed them and tried... and the problem remains. I've also noticed that when turning the headphone mix control that the on-screen version doesn't follow properly, it leaves a few white markers on the on-screen knob. These disappear if you move the control again.
I have found a solution though... I've rolled back to version 3.0 and it works like a dream. So I'm guessing it's something that's been added or changed since then.

In fact 3.0 has a similar fault in that it won't play all video tracks but it won't crash if it doesn't. I can simply drop another track in and it will play.
Just to check, is 3.3.10 64 bit only? As the title on the DL page says, "New Mixvibes Cross DJ 3.3: Track Match & 64-bit"
