Hey Thank you for the prompt reply, its Pioneer CDJ 2000, and OS is Win 8.1 Enterprise edition. As for other info i couldn't work on Cross as it didn't see both CDJs, both screens kept displaying connecting as if there is something blocking their way to reach the software. Also unfortunately i don't have pair of CDJs to try them Thanks alot

 details about the set up you where trying to use ,,see you have Vfx controller ,, also what info can you tell us about how you where trying to connect them ,, hid ,MIDI , etc ,, as much info so to give info to help you get them connected when you get the chance ,

Hi Daniel, Yes I do have Vfx controller but im not using it anymore, i'm using Cross and as for the setup both players were connected through USB cables HID mode, please note that this error happened 2 times during my gigs, appreciate if you can support in order to keep using the software Thanks a million Regards Chris
