Had one today as well, drag & drop again! Btw Quneo is absolutely not related since I've had crashes without any USB devices plugged in.

Hi guys, Really a pity it keeps on crashing like this on your machines... Right now, we ain't got no idea of what's happening Could you please try with a fresh new collection? No need to add all your tracks, just a small set that allows you to test in normal conditions. Let me know how it runs if you got the time to do this test. Cheers,

Good afternoon: 3.0 crashed on me Saturday while loading a song in Player B: I used 2.6 to get me thru the night without incident! I installed McAfee security on Monday cause my Kapersky licence expired. I installed 8.1 on Wednesday as suggested! I was messing around with autoplay today and was fine for about 20 videos...then while loading, it crashed and gave me the Microsoft runtime library error! I have not created a new collection as suggested, still using my old one that I renamed when I installed 3.0.... BTW the way, my controller was not plugged in, Ive been using the mouse and keyboard to eliminate the controller as the fault! I will keep on keeping on for a solution... Hello
Just wondering if file size has anything to do with crashing? I have AVI and MPEG files that I use, as well as smaller MP4?
Also I have two video cards on board, should I disable the laptop card and keep the NVidia card active only?
I also use an external mouse and keyboard, does this conflict with the laptop ones?
Please let me know, it crashed at home on Tuesday, and Ive been to several Windows sites to help with optimization.
Thx DDJJ
