hello everyone i had the controller sent back and but i didn't hear from the store for 2 weeks so then e-mailed them to see whats going on they replied to me saying.
Your unit has been thoroughly tested for the fault described with the manufacturer (Mixvibes), but they have been unable to confirm any issues and are confident that your unit is working correctly, to the manufacturers specification. They have advised that the issue is most likely software related and not hardware related.
the mixvibes controller sometimes powers up then works and all the buttons work as if nothing ever happened. And another time it looses power when playing music its just random.
the DVS system doesn't work neither even after a fresh reinstall of windows 7 i really don't think they had the time to set up turntables and timecodes and check the DVS system for faults themselves.
they stated to me they sent the controller back to mixvibes for through testing.
I tried everything to getting contact with mixvibes directly so that i could send my problem to them directly but i couldn't i don't even know if the mixer even when't to mixvibes.
im not even sure if it was tested properly at all. there now asking me to pay for the faulty item to be returned to me

is there any other directions of approach I could possibly take to this issue ?
thank you in advance for the help and support
