Numark Mixtrack Pro Headphone Port Not Working!

I'm using Cross DJ 2.2.0 and I just bought the Numark Mixtrack Pro. I can't hear anything coming from it. I've changed the soundcard option to the Mixtrack Pro but nothing. Help!?

If you look in your software, what do the audio settings say?

You should be using output 1/2 for one, and 3/4 for the other if I remember the controller correctly.

A screenshot of the setup for the Xponent is attached, and the MixTrack Pro should be similar.

This is how my setup is right now. On all three of the outputs, my only option is "Left/Right" and "None".

That's strange...

The MixTrak Pro is class compliant so you should see the various outputs there... I suspect something is up with the MixTrack Pro unless you DO see the outputs with Serato Intro or in Windows itself.

Keep in mind, since Cross DJ supports WDM you shouldn't have to install the ASIO drivers or ASIO4All like they suggest you do for Traktor.

It works perfectly fine in Serato Intro. I don't know why but it's Cross DJ that's giving me the problem. And I'd really like to continue using Cross DJ because I have way more options with this than Serato Intro and I don't want to pay $200 to upgrade to the full Serato when I have Cross DJ. So yeah, it's very confusing and frustrating with me lol. I'm trying really hard to figure out how to fix this. I've restarted my computer, tried messing with so many different options. I have no clue where to go from here.

not familiar with unit ,,try useing search tool on fourm for mixtrack pro and see if any prior postings will help ,,cant remember if there was issues,,,getting old

dude, sorry to tell u but.. using windows = using asio4all, no matter what anything else says. seems that this was the solution here too

Really? That's strange... the page says it supports WDM... and I would have thought it would include multi-channel soundcards using WDM drivers - unless the limitation is that you can only get one channel with WDM.

Guess I was on the right track but made a poor assumption on the level of WDM support.
