It's not a hardware issue. I'm doing just fine with Trakktor at this point. All my buttons, my knobs...my jog wheels are fine with Trakktor.
I've moved on. Cross DJ didn't work for me. I just wanna give you guys back my license and get my money back.

I totally understand why y'all are trying to offer tech assistance that doesn't have to do with a refund now. I understand that it's not in Mixvibes's best business interest to give peeps their money back for any reason whatsoever.
This jog wheel problem was an ongoing thing for weeks and I feel like we made (yeah, I'm trying to give you cred, Daniel for making an honest effort to help me) a good effort to fix it to no avail. I couldn't any support from the MIDI guys until AFTER I'd missed a gig and got different software that DOES work for me.
This is on top of Cross DJ's failure to correctly import my old VDJ database as advertised...a secondary issue for me which wouldn't have been a deal-breaker but was certainly a profound annoyance.
I get it, really, I do. Nobody wants to help me get my money back because that feels bad business...but seriously y'all, ya gotta do it. We tried, things didn't work out.

What is the process to get my money back? Who do I write to start the process? I'm asking because there's no clear data on that when using the contact form at Mixvibes.com

BTW, Daniel, once again, thank you for at least my questions even if your answer is "Hell if I know."

Daniel said that he couldn't give me my money back because he's just another user on the forum like myself. That's cool, I believe him. So I'll just throw this out again: DOES ANYBODY KNOW who I can talk to? The email form that can be accessed at http://www.mixvibes.com/contact gives three options for what one's email is regarding: Option 1 is business stuff, Option 2 is Marketing stuff and Option 3 is career/job stuff. The form makes it explicit that for tech support stuff including license management stuff which at this point is what I think most closely resembles my problem, it directs me back here to the forum but it's here where I'm getting stuck and can't get my issue resolved.
