With 'mix turned down the active channel is sounding through the speakers and the headphones (not highlighted to cue & plugged into the soundcard). No cue through the headphones for the inactive channel. On the soundcard settings if output 1 is analogue then output 2 displays as digital and vice versa...

With mix turned down,,,,,meaning the mix/cue kmob on gui is in the full cue postion(coynter clockwise),, the knob is there to pan between mix(master out)and cue,, if that happening then that fine ,, if you look at the Cross audio panel ,, the wiring diagram repersents the outputs that the s c are using ,, meaning that output if selected for master then that what being used ,, and out put 2 for cue ,, the selection of what sc out put goes where is up to you to select ,, not shure why you have a digital out put selected ,, does the analog output play the master ,,

The 'mix' knob seems inactive, I hear the master out of the sound card headphone jack and the analogue output. Output 1 set as analogue is working as Master. Output 2 set as digital is default in this case. If I change output 1 to digital output 2 flips to analogue. Perhaps this is a limitation of the soundcard, if i could set output 2 to the headphone jack that would be perfect ..but the option isn't there

Yes, the only way around i can see is a digital to analogue converter and run that from digital output 2 of my SC into the session channel of my Vestax 08pro. The Vestax can toggle between cue channels. The item I bought is only a budget controller but I am happy with the functionality of the software so far
