I have to amplify the Input with 40dB, yours are at 0dB or 5dB. Try to increase it or even calibrate (whoch should increase it automatically).

Steve

@Stelios: Thanks for converting!

Well I did try to turn the input up to 40 and this did NOT work. This made it the worst sound since I got it. Well I have tryed everything and I am pretty sure the input 3/4 does not work right. I going to have to do something or look for another software.

I have read this thread up and down, the pictures of the screenshots you made are gone and I can not see which audio interface you are using, you never mentioned. Please provide more info!

Use calibration process on both inputs to have good gain values.
If you're using a phono preamp, you should be around 0dB, if not around 40dB.
Then check both players are in "Speed" mode and your latency is 256 samples @ 44100Hz.
There shouldn't be an issue with this config.

I used the calibration process and both tables are around 0db and latency is ar 256 sample rate. It is also in speed mode and the 3/4 input output to the right turntable still sounds distorted when slowly backcuing. The left is fine and always has. The problem is the 3/4 input going to right turntable. I have done everything from checking wires changing wires. Putting new needle on. Switching turntables and it always leads to the 3/4 input

It definitely sounds like a defective soundcard, but you wrote you had no problem with the Cross 1.5... that seems strange.
Can you test back in 1.5 ?

And in addition to what Sylvain wrote please try to switch both turntables to see if "the error changes the deck" too. If so it is related to your turntable.

I already switched decks to see if it was one of my turntables causing the issue but it does not matter. Only 3/4 input causing the issues. Has nothing to do with which deck is hooked up
