[EN][MAC]iTunes wont update new info

UPDATE : So ive put all my tracks in the correct folder (10.6.2 : users/_/Music/iTunes), but still no luck - now Cross cannot find my iTunes libray at all. I have deleted Cross, and all associated folders.
Then i re-installed Cross and still no luck.

This is on a New Mac book Pro.

"If your path is ok, try to delete/rename your Cross.settings file, you'll then restart from scratch."

Where is this file located on Mac OSX? I cant find it on OSX, but i can in XP.
If it can be reset, maybe this will solve the problem....Thanks

Cross will only found the iTunes library if it is in the default folder :
user/music/iTunes/iTunes library

The Cross setting folder is :
user/library/preferences/mixvibes/Cross/Cross.settings

Note : user is your user name

EDIT :
in users/_/music
_ is my user name, so replace it by yours

thanks for your help support, and all u guys...after all you've suggested,i still cant get it to work. Must be something ive done wrong, but i cant work out whats going on with it, and ive given up

What is your user name on the Mac ?
the important thing is the xml file not the tracks themselves.

So what happens now? New analysation of all tracks and you have to add every playlist again?

i found the problem after much stuffing around!for some reason, iTunes was storing the default library.xml in the documents folder!!!

My solution was to:
*back up all playlists by exporting them
*erase the folder in documents
*create a new library in the correct path
*drag all the media files back in....
now it can be seen in Cross.
what a pain, but thank you Support and Steve for your help, and suggestions.
ps i still hate iTunes

My opinion: A new media management would be very welcome in Cross As far as I can remember the suggestions are made, lets hope that they might be part of the forthcoming update.

The media management is on the bench and will probably follow the MIDI.
