Hi Mixvives team,
I purchased the Cross DJ software and the U-Mix Control Pro controller a couple of years ago and over the last couple of weeks I am trying to get it up and running again. My problem is that I have downloaded software version 3.3.11 and I cannot find the CD that had the license key on it. I have version 2.2.0 working on my laptop but it needs some kind of update as the sound output isn't great and there is no output on the headphones.
Originally I did register on this board with a different email address and updated my profile with the license key however now I am unable to log on with my original credentials and therefore unable to retrieve it the key.
Is there anything you can do to help please?

Hi and thanks for the quick reply. I saw you mentioned this to someone else and tried it but it isn't there. Do you have any other suggestions?

 gather up what info you have ,, ie possible email adress for the user regerstration ,, possible user name and login ,, any reciepts and if purched thru web store then if you have the confirmation email ,,might have the activation code in it ,, what info you have e mail it to support mixvibes ,,team mixvibes ,,heck pm it to ericvibes ,, not sure if and how long this process will take ,, best of luck

 one possibility ,,check the user data base and see if you can locate the user account name,, if you think you have found it and think you rember the log in ,,try to log in ,,success will mean your software key is now found

Hi folks, I do have 2.2.x running and 3.3.11 downloaded but not installed because when I launch it I'm prompted for the serial number. Its the full version of the software that I have.
Daniel - when I click on the members link I can see the first screen of members but when I click on a letter to drill down I getr the following message...
Not Found The requested URL /memberlist.php&first_char=n was not found on this server.
...does this happen for you also?

 at bottom of posting page the tab who online ,,at bottom of this page click on Cross users ,, then look for your suspect user name ,,sort by date joined ,,might get you there
