Time code vinyl issues

This is really frustrating me now guys, i cant even see the option select A or B for the vinyl. I have no option to enable vinyl mode. Quality is 100% so there is clearly a signal being recieved as i can scroll down the list of tracks

Also my layout looks completely different to the pictures in the manuals

You can upload captures of your screen as attachments to your posts.

Please upload the following:
1. Overall interface, while having the cursor on top of a wave in the deck (the part as in my capture uploaded earlier today)

2. Preferences > Audio window

3. Preferences > Vinyl/CD window

The A and B you mean are in the mixer section in between the decks. There you can select the input for the mixer section (Deck or vinyl). Please be aware that this is for vinyl audio usage and not for time code.

In the image below I combined the capture for suggestions of Jaymarkus and mine.

Hi guys i finally got it working. But i had to install an old version of Cross for it too work!!

Great it works, but doesn't provide to much hope for the future...

Please let's know some more about the OS you're using and the Cross version that works.

Version 3.3.11 really is the only version that's made for W10 and El Capitan to work without problems. So for sure your root problem isn't solved by this workaround.

I am using windows 7 64bit and had to use Cross 2.5.0 for my vinyl to work! I could have saved myself alot of time if i new just to go to that version. Track analyze takes a while on this software. I found when i had cdjs reckord box was much faster. I am also gonna get a new laptop. Altho this is 3GB ram its quite lagging. But this due to the laptop and not the software. Kind of an old laptop (Asus x5dc) you guys have been very helpful! I guess the new softwares are now aimed at controllers and MIDI stuff now

just by chance try running your set up in 32 bit mode ,,might have issues with drivers for 64 bits software ,,

Dan how do i chage it to 32bit?

in win systems if you downloaded the desktop icons then the one not labeled 64 bit is the 32 bit,, in Apple systems not shure ,, if no icon in desktop look in where you select Cross and it should be labeled 64 bit or not ,,32 bit hope this helps ,,will look at posting to see what os you are useing

No; Cross was made for use with MIDI controller. Mixvibes even delivered the first controllers as in that age no good DJ controller existed. Nowadays you have lots of choice.
Timecode control has also always been supported.

It's very strange the 3.3.11 version doesn't work for you. Though many users upgraded to W10 it always worked. If you have a 32bit OS then only the 32bit version is installed (of 3.3.11). Earlier versions only are 32bit.
