The only way to avoid analysis upon loading to deck is to do it in advance....

Cross can't function without the analysis being done.

If your bpm is often to high you can set a lower bpm range in preferences.

Please explain what's wrong with the BPM's.

Cross needs the BPM to make perfect matches, so it's used to set the whole beatgrid.
You can edit the BPM value in the collection for each track, but it's not usually the best thing to do.

If you need to double or half the BPM, the easiest way is to load a track to the deck. When hoovering over the wave, click the small pencil button to open up the grid editor. This also shows buttons /2 and x2.

In preferences you can set the default range for the analyses, to match the general BPM of your style.

Hope some f this may help you. If not, please let's know.

for example, there's a 73 bpm track that DJ Cross detects a tempo of 146 if detection is set to 75-150.

I must maintain a detection Range of 75-150,
because if I change for 50-100,
all over 100 bpm tracks will be divided.

So I divide 146/2 with the pencil button to define a track 73bpm.
But I can not save it.
So on the next show, Cross will analyze this track again and fix it at 146 again!
and this for all tracks below 75 bpm !

This is not correct behaviour, the BPM info is always saved in the collection database. Perhaps something to do with files or folders read/write permissions ? or do you have several different databases ?

As discopex mentions.. Analysis should only happen once; also changing BPM should be saved instantly.

The R/W rights need to be at various places, like analysis folder but also for your tracks. Be aware that various file copy operations make files read only (like from CD to hdd).

An other problem could be that you somehow sync your files.

I just updated to 3.3.11
select save tags in exchange in Preferences.

change tempo of my song from 146 to 73, and close Cross.

Open Cross again, and then It automatically analyzes tempo
and puts it to 146.

How to fix 73 bpm on my song?

Great you're using the latest version, however most likely your filesystem is the root cause and not Cross.

If tracks are write protected Cross can't update the tags.
Same if your analysis folder is write protected.

So make sure all your tracks have the 'read only' disabled (select a root folder of your tracks, open properties, disable read only, confirm to also apply to all sub folders)

Similar for your analysis folder. (see preferences> general for your chosen location).

If you're using other audio programs as well or have some file syncing process installed it might also cause the problem.

Last but not least if you only tested once per track after upgrading to 3.3.11 it might even be solved already as in one of the older versions there was an issue within Cross occasionally with saving BPM... So the one time 3.3.11 does it is to set it per track permanently...
