headphone output not recognized

I hav recently purchased mixvibes Vfx with Cross 2.0.1
I can get output 5+6 to be recognized in preferences but still can't hear anything on headphones and loosing all ability to control softwere.

I tried looking for ver 3.3.10 but could not find it in the site.

Would really appriciate a solution which I preffer over returning the item to the shop.

In the right column you should have access to 'Downloads'. Then select the latest Cross version (3.3.11).

In Preferences > Audio you likely need the Dual Stereo audio mode.
