iTunes library won't load for Cross Discover DJ 1.3.2

Somebody please help me, I have been at it for 2 hours with no solution.

I have the Ion Discover DJ and the software is MixVibes Cross Discover DJ 1.3.2. I used to use my iTunes through the software to DJ with no problem and now I have a gig tomorrow and when I click on the iTunes tab in the software I get the message: "iTunes library not found. Please ensure you have correctly installed iTunes on your computer."

I tried uninstalling the mixvibes and iTunes and reinstalling both of them and it didn't help at all. If someone can please help me, I am desperate.

Follow the instructions in the grey box on top to upgrade to Cross LE 2.6.
Also make sure to allow access to iTunes library for other applications.

LE support ended with this version. If this doesn't work either you can try the Cross Demo version to verify it works. Then consider upgrading to Cross DJ version for further use...
