Re-installing Cross on PC??

Hi, im hoping somebody might be able to help.....?
I had a few gremlins in my PC (windows 10) and decided to uninstall Cross DJ and a few other programs. When i re-installed Cross DJ... it no longer gives me the option to
Use the controller? All the controllers are locked out?

Any advise?. I have paid for my Cross and it was working great before my PC went a bit funny...

Have you installed Cross DJ (and not Cross Free)?

Version 3.3.11?

Have you reinstalled your sound card drivers (a fix that some W10 users seem to require sometimes)

Have you tried running the 32bit version?

hi,
i have done all the above.
i installed my purchased crossdj onto 2 of my laptops & they both worked.
i have uninstalled & the re-installed from the original zip that was purchased on 1 of my laptops.
is it possible there is a limit to how many times it can be installed with the same licence key?

You best download the current version from download section. Link available at the right column.

You are allowed to use 2 licenses.

Reinstall at the same device is not known to create an issue with license. And many users have upgraded in the last year (the OS)
