Good afternoon,
Ive been stuck a while with the problem i have no sound from the left channel of my mixvibes. Channel 2 works perfectly. Also no gain on my mixer shows up for channel 1. Only sometimes i have to reboot my laptop, turn everything off and on again and start up my laptop again it works but most of the tines i have to restart everything 5 times before it works so it is very frustrating... I play with vinyl and tryed the newest and 1.6 version and they both have the same problem.
I hope someone can help me out !
Thanks (:

Deck 1 yeah, both using external mixer and correct options and wired the good way because if it wouldnt be wired correctly it would never work.. Updated all possible hardware and software drivers

RoJeC wrote:Sorry, but still little info on the setup you have... My guess: 2 turntables, using vinyl and not timecode. Both connected to a soundcard with inputs. Have you checked if both turntable as Cross use same sound level (phono or Line). Depends on your tt if it has Line. Try changing cable inputs for the both tt and let's know what happens.
Are both decks set to the line/phono In as the source.
Also try changing the output cables and let's know what happens.
Try playing from within Cross (so digital tracks, not vinyl) with decks set to use this. This should show if there is an issue with the outputs. Try both with changed as normal cable setup.
It may be helpful to provide a capture of the overal interface as well as the Audio settings when things are not working as expected.
Hey man, Im usinf 2 turntables with timecode, not normal vinyl. Normal vinyl works perfectly but when im using timecode (mixvibes Cross) 1 deck doesnt send any sound to my mixer but is in control by the timecode vinyl and works correctly. I have set my turntables both to phono into the line of the mixer and in the settings of mixvibes my input is set to phono. Left is output 1/2 right is 3/4. I tryed all kinds of different cable combinations but it doesnt make a difference only if i switch the turntables input it switches to the other side. I'm not at home right now but i will screenshot the settings when i am home again. Thanks for your help

Have you calibrated at all?
Other thing I think I see is you have one of the Line inputs of your mixer connected with a ground cable. This shouldn't be necessary in most situations, unless you notice a groundloop (50Hz buzz).
You also should try switching the output channels in the audio menu. This is to check if with this change also the output changes from channel.
Made those screenshots before calibrating just to show you ;p when i go spin timecode i always calibrate. I know about the ground it shouldnt be necessary but i can only get better if you ground it ^^ If i change the output the turntables switch places and only deck 2 gives sound like it already did
