missing tracks in iTunes

some tracks of my iTunes library are not appearing in Cross. all missing tracks are part of compilations bought in the iTunes store. i'm using Cross 3.3.10 on a macbook with yosemite. any ideas?

Hey, we've seen this problem before and still haven't found out what it is. could you send us you iTunes library in xml?: iTunes Music Library.xml which you will find in Music/iTunes so we can try to look into it?

I have the same hardware and same problem with seemingly random portions of my iTunes library/playlists failing to be accessible in Cross DJ. Would be inclined to purchase this software if not for this one huge shortcoming. Hoping a fix is found soon!

Cross DJ or Cross free ,, different versions ,,in order to troubleshoot ,,need to know

I am running the full Cross DJ 3.1.11 on a MacBook Pro 2,8Ghz 16MB RAM, using El Capitan OS (10.11.5). My iTunes version is 12.4.0.119. My iTunes is enabled to share the iTunes Library XML. As far as I can tell for searching, my machine is properly configured to have full iTunes library integration with Cross DJ, however, the problem is the same as it was in the demo version: Some iTunes tracks simply do not appear in Cross DJ, and I cannot determine any pattern that might give me a clue as to why. VERY frustrating problem! My profuse advanced thanks to anyone who might lend some insight.
