Cross DJ Pioneer DDJ SB

Hello,

can somebody please help.
When I'm using Cross DJ with my Pioneer DDJ-SB, I've one problem.
All is ok for the sound, but when I'm using FX or Filter directly from the Pioneer, the app is frozen.
Please help me.

dont see a software badge ,,what version of software are you useing ,, or is it the Cross DJ app
