Timecode problem

Hi Guys!

Ive just recently bought my self a Allen & Heat xone 23c mixer to my turntalbes. And im using the mixvibes instalation i got with the mixer...

My Problem is that I can only use timecode for about 10 minutes and after that the software changes itself to another mode an i loose the timecode connetcion to my turntables... Have reinstalled everything a couple of times even the drivers for my mixer aswell.

So what is there left for me to do?

From your description it seems you are working with the Demo version.

If you register your licence key in the user profile the download section should allow you to download the version that matches your license.

Thats Imposible ive doen exactly that a couple of times now, But no change :(

have you entered a licence key into the software ?

If you did fill your license key in the user profile at the forum then apparently your credentials weren't automatically adjusted. Reentering doesn't help you out for that.

In that case you best send an email to support@mixvibes.com.
