locator quantize

Hi everybody,
I 'd like to set a locator to a specific place
but when put into memory,
it is automatically reset meter grid to the nearest time .

How to avoid this locator quantize ?

If you use 3.x you have the "quant" btn on top.
You can set a value for this in the list field next to it, or disable it.
