New installation wont open

Second post.
Just purchased the software for PC. Through purchase order receipt link takes you to v 3.3.10. didn't work. Created account at forum, found responses, found downloads, downloaded v3.3.11. Still nothing. double click on icon, either 32 or 64 bit, nothing. all else works fine. other new programs work fine. tried several uninstalls and reinstalls with both versions. used Windows uninstall and the software's. Windows 10, i7 4790, 16gb ram. Please help!

Try deleting the mixvibes.settings file. This is located in the folder
C:/users /username /appdata /roaming /mixvibes /

You don't have to reinstall as this file isn't deleted by uninstall (according to Windows rules).

Then first try the 32bit version.

Thank you. There is no MixVibes folder under Users>Home>AppData>Roaming.

In Windows Folder options enable the option to view Hidden folders and files.

It should show up after that
