Cross DJ Mac in App Store and Upgrade to DVS Version

Hi.

So, right now (February 2016), Cross DJ for Mac is only $9.99 in the Apple App Store. Note: this is NOT the iPad version, but the full version for Mac desktops:

It is still $49.00 if you buy it through shareit.com via the link here:

Anyway, I bought it through the App Store for $9.99.

Questions:

1. Can I get the upgrade for the "Full Pro" version from the shareit.com link above?

2. Or do I have to buy the $129 non-upgrade version?

3. I didn't get a serial number or anything since buying from the App Store application installs the (desktop) app directly. I don't see a serial number in the About Cross menu, so if the Upgrade to DVS version asks for one, I won't know what to input.

It's a bit confusing why Cross DJ for Mac is $49.00 on the mixvibes website but as cheap as $9.99 buying from Apple, so I just want to make sure it's the same product before I buy or upgrade to the DVS version.

Prices do vary for sales channels.

In case you purchase via appstore you have to ask for serial key. See my post signature for a link.

The Cross DJ version is the same. So you can upgrade with this to Cross (=full =DVS).

Please be aware that the full version incldes the video addon, so no need to purchase separately.

and how can i connect my denons dn3700 to my mixvibes .

You'll first have to upgrade. Only the most recent versions work with el Capitan.
Register your license key in your user profile. This will open up the download section so you can download the latest version.

Likely connecting will be easy. If however something doesn't go smooth don't hesitate to ask.

Hi. This thread is about upgrading a version purchased on the App Store (not Denon controller support or anything else).

As stated in the original post up there, I bought Cross DJ Mac on the App Store.

Rojec, you said to email the main support email and I'd get a serial number. I did that (sent an email) but I never got a response.

The 1.5 version is really old, before App store existed I think ...
So you should be able to download 3.3.10 via appstore if you purchased it that way..

I have 3.3.11 -- I bought it on the App Store.

I need a serial number.

You told me to email you the receipt to get a serial number.

I did email you and I never got a response.

Please send the serial number.
