Help menu does not work

Clicking on Help > User Manual brings you to a 404 page on your site just like almost every other link to your site, including multiple ones in the download section like video downloads.

I understand you guys decided to go with a new website and everything, but at least make sure the main files are still available, and the User Manual would be one of those ... come on guys.

I just checked (again) and it works as advertised. Clicking on Help>Manual sends me to a download page for manuals. And also Help> Controller setup guides works.

So you might want to check if all is well on your end.

FYI: I am using 64-bit 3.3.11 Cross on Win7

Same here. The link of the manual is ok. I am using Win10 Pro 64Bit and Cross 3.3.11 64bit.

Last week i#ve used it to setup my U-Mix Control Pro with Turntables.

Win7 3.3.11 without any problems

Make sure that you Adobe Acrobat browser plug in for .pdf files is up to date. I used to have that problem until it was fixed by an update from Microsoft for the .pdf files within a browser.

Given the info I guess it's the browser cache.

In Windows most browser do a full reload on CTRL F5.

Else clearing cache in settings /options or such.

As I am not with a PC/laptop I can't check if the users who tried run it from cache...
It's absolutely right that there was a problem after the update of the site.

No it wasn't cache in my browser, i'm a developer and systems administrator so I do know my way around a computer, not to mention that I did try this one multiple computers running latest version of Cross DJ

Looks like they got the hint though and setup a redirect which now goes to

http://www.mixvibes.com/additional-documentation/

So yes, it works now, but didn't before. Thank you for updating it.

BTW i'm using Cross DJ for Mac, this is the original link to the manual:

That is probably where it went wrong. The old way the link in Cross opened the pdf directly (sort of like an embedded pdf). Now the link just sends you to a landing page where you can download various manuals.

Glad to see you got it working properly too.
