NEED of a REPLACEMENT CROSSFADER for UMIXcontrolPRO2

Hello support,

I have U-Mix Control Pro 2 with what looks like a hardware problem on the crossfader.
I would like to replace it.
Where and how can I find a new one, same or compatible ?
Or at least the specificiations that could help me find a compatible one.

when U-Mix first became available ,,there where Cross faders and rotary controls available ,, on this web site ,,not any more ,, tried to get some info on a replacement /info,,spec ,, none of that info was put out ,, not sure how to proceed ,,

next thought have you 100 % figured its the Cross fader ,,
any info might help

So if I get you well, there is not way to replace the crossfader in any way with a fresh one ?

And may be it is somethin else defective on the hardaware than the crossefader but I cannot see what it could be ...

what i am saying the info for a replacement is not avaible,,its probly a standard crossfader for a digital Cross fader ,,but info is lacking

and yes info to help you get it trouble shoot to make shure its the Cross fader ,, will help
