Can't get my Envivo 1279 to connect to my PC

bought an ENVIVO 1279 MIDI controller and can't seem to get it to connect to my PC. I installed Virtual DJ on it. Please can anyone put me through on how to overcome this.

If you end up here because you have MixVibes' Cross LE bundled with your controller we may be able to help you getting it to work with Cross LE.

For use of this controller with Virtual DJ you'd better go to the VDJ website, or to the website of the manufacturer of the controller.

If your register your Cross LE license in your user profile you can download the latest available version for LE from the downloads section. See link at the right. Also check the links in the grey area on top.
