error opening speakers - bad format

Hi

First post here,please go easy! have PC with 3.310 installed and a U-Mix Control Pro 2, all worked ok with the 2.0 version. I have previously used asio4all, which now loads but no sound,controller works fine but no sound, I downloaded the volume panel but comes up with error opening speakers "(mix vibes U-Mix Control Pro 2) bad format" any ideas??

ok got the mix vibes asio loaded by stopping windows 10 from using it also,but now says that the control pro 2 is being used by other prosses and they have to closed? how do I find out what prossess? thanks

You best upgrade to version 3.3.11.
Try using the 32bit version of Cross first. The 64bit requires all used hardware /drivers to be 64bit.

You have this option already in 3.3.10. However the 3.3.11 has several fixes for 3.3.10.
