U-Mix Control Pro - NO HEADPHONE AUDIO

Hi there

I'm using Cross DJ 3.3.11.

Output sound is working for both channels. both there is no audio to the headphones, only a very very faint hiss when volume is turned on full.

Updated firmware, and tried both versions U-Mix Control Pro v4.2 and V4.3, with no success.

Is it a hardware problem??

couple of questions ,,
reason for up dating firmware ,,
can you post screen shots of your audio set up ,,need to see what you are seeing ,,,at bottom of posting page is a tab for uploading attachments ,,use this ,,,screen shot of gui screen also

not shure if you have a snipping tool on your computer ,,un able to open file ,,dont have word ,, placed file in line ,,if you are here for a miniute ,,will try to work a solution out

this is how the audio preference should look

on the controller you have headphone volume knob and in the software gui you have a cue volume also ,, both should be up off of bottom ,, both control cue volume ,,
mix/master knob sghould be fully counter clockwise ,,
head phone icon in software gui should be hightlighted to deck you want to monitor ,,
