@Sfronti

I'm using 3.3.10, that was the version I was directed to when I purchased Cross a couple weeks ago.

Is there a newer version out? How do I get it?

My software has already been licensed. I can't find anything about an update on the site or on the updates forum page.

EDIT: I have licensed Cross DJ with the full video feature. Someone please direct me to the update download. Thanks.

Edit 2: Is it this one: [PC] Cross Demo

:idea: just above the postings there is a grey box/header with instructions to regerster the software licence key in your profile ,, the same place you went to to set up your user name ,,

at the top is the grey header with black writing with orange links,,
user control panel ,,look to you right on page and see these words ,,
link to your use control panel ..
profile is one of the tabs in your profile ,, serial # is a line where you enter the licence key # ,,
then you submit this ,, voila ,,access to download section is now open

easy peasy :mrgreen:

Ok, I've got it all figured out and installed now.

Just for the record, which is the recommended version to use on Windows 10, Cross 32bit or 64bit?

For the use of audio it doesn't really matter (yet). For video 64bit can do a some more.
However you do need hardware drivers that are 64bit.

So you can use both versions, unless the 64bit doesn't work. If you only have a soundcard issue you could install asio4all as a virtual soundcard. Let's know if you need any assistance on this.
