I just bought set for my son birthday DJ Discover the shop Krefel. It was the last box in the store so glad I did not come empty-handed. We plugged it into the laptop and .... nothing - I can only download version "3.2.2" and as I read in the package should be a CD with software (which was not). The free version 3.2.2 should interact with the desktop Discover DJ? If I should have other software is what and where? in the shop did not exchange another box because this was the last - I do not want to take the baby gifts now and request a refund from the store - I have a bill etc

Hi, the free version does not support MIDI controllers. The retail box for your controller should've come with an installation disc or at least serial number for (probably an LE version) Cross DJ. If you have the serial you can enter it in forum user details which enables forum download section where you will find the needed installer file.

The Cross Free version doesn't work with MIDI devices. You should have had a Cross LE version license.

Cross is bundled by the manufacturer to the controller. Mixvibes doesn't get any info on this.

Topic can be closed - service shop after my intervention find missing CD with original program. Everything is already running and my son begins his adventure with music - thank you all

Great. Now you registered you can download the latest LE version from the download section at the right.
