As there wasn't to much info to work on it might be we (users at the forum) haven't realized you could have an "easy" issue. The Ultimate is end of life for quite some years, so it might be that you have done a new install at an OS that isn't supported by Ultimate and for this isn't able to process the key.
I have not had any kind of support! If you are interested to sell your products and keep your customers make sure you have a good support and service center! Now I do not care your assumptions about the problem. you have lost a customer.
The forum is done by users only.. So all moderators are just experienced users, not staff of MixVibes.
The forum just is limited in Ultimate DVS info as the last period of development the product overlapped the start of the forum. So on the successor products you'll find much more info and more users with current knowledge. A clean up of the older part of the forum didn't help either...
Nevertheless a reply of the MV staff would have made a big difference for your experience and ability to use the product.
