just purchased Cross 3.3.10

When I go to assign an avi video file to player A or B I receive an error message (cannot load track unknown format). When I was using the free version I did not have this problem?

Please register your license key (check my signature in case you're a Apple store user).

You best try version 3.3.11 which can be downloaded from the downloads section at the right once your license key has been accepted.
