Cross DJ LE 2.6.0 doesn't start anymore, PLS HELP

Hello,
my Cross DJ le doesn't not start anymore after i rebooted my PC.
Everything was working fine before. No error, nothing, when i double click on the icon nothing happens. Windows 10 x64 and powerdj pdc-10.
I tried reinstalling, uninstall then install again.
PLS help i cannot mix anymore :/

You can try removing the mixvibes.settings file. This is located in the user profile area of your c drive.

Please be aware that win10 isn't within specs of 2.6.

I deleted the whole folder and reinstalled the program but still no luck :/ I also tried to run in compatibility mode for win7 and win8

The free version is not working either

You only should delete the file mentioned. Uninstall won't delete this. Reinstall doesn't overwrite it...
C:/users/username /appdata /roaming/mixvibes.

It works! But I need to delete the file everytime i want to start CrossDj.
Another quick question:
Does the pro version of CrossDj support all MIDI controllers from CrossDj LE?
