Control Pro no output on headphones or output 1/2

I'm beginning to see the fault. I don't have the option to ouptut via control mix pro in my outputs section.

it only gives the options:

Output 1/2
Output 3/4
---------
none

So for some reason its not giving me the option to output fropm the Control Mix pro.

Its so frustrating that I cannot upload the screenshots. For some reason I cannot see the option you menitoned at the bottom of the posting page to upload attachments.

I'm wondering now if because I had Cross DJ Free on the machine previously its still barring the external sound card. It always bugged me that there is no formal way to uninstall software on a MAC (just delete it from the applications folder).

I am correct in thinking that with a licensed version of Cross DJ the external sound card should be supported?

If you can give me an email address or another location I wil upload the screenshots of my setup window and UI.

not to familiar with mac audio set up and also program selection ,, kinda need you to make sure you are useing Cross DJ for you version updated ,,should say it in the top of the gui of software ,
have you looked at the manual ,,pleanty of help info there ,, might resolve your issues ,,
,not sure about a web picture link to suggest to use ,,
the sc is supperted ,,

you might not have access rights to uppload attachments ,should be at bottom of posting tab ,,

the selection for output 1/2 out put3/4 are they confoigured like the screen shot posted in my post

I don't have the tab next to the Options tab that I can see in your screenshot. Maybe because I just joined this wekend perhaps and I don't have full privileges maybe??

Regarding the Output I cannot configure the Control Mix Pro as the output.

Although it appears in the Coreaudio option and "works" to control the faders on the UI it does not appear at all in the output drop downs for Output 1/2 and 3/4
