Serial Appstore, how long will it take..? too long!

Hello everybody..

i have issues with my beloved Cross DJ, the Remote App and El Capitan :-/..no connection and Cross crashing at quit.
About a Week ago i sent my receipt from the appstore purchase to djcommunity@mixvibes.com. How long will it usually take to get a serial number? Could there be a solution in the downloadsection?

just curious as to the footer note that says you have Cross 3.3 ,, if you havent regerstered the software licence key in the fourm ,,please do so ,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,,

i would if i had one, i have read in this forum that i have to mail my appstore receipt to mixvibes to receive a serial number. I did so on Dec 11th, but i haven´t got any answer yet...

i´m not sure i understand...
i bought Cross DJ on 2015-06-04 at the Apple appstore, a few days or so later remote for iPad, i learned about mixing electronic music, since i am an oldschool-guitar-rocknroller. everything was fun and went fine till i had to update to capitan for some reason. As the Issues went on i found this forum, read and sent my receipt to the email-adress mentoined in some thread here, if i understand that right. My Cross DJ Version is 3.3.11, i checked this a minute ago again.

i wanted to know how long it usually takes for the guys at mixvibes to answer and send me a valid serial for my appstore-cross, which i can register here then...

please, couldn´t any macuser who bought Cross DJ from the appstore tell me how long it takes to get a serial key from the mixvibes team? i mailed them twice with my store receipts but there´s no reaction ...i got stuck with the app and my hope is that there is an update here in the downloadsection which makes my Cross DJ work properly again, but without a serial key i can´t get to the download section...i am wondering about this kind of customer service and i´m happy that i do not have to earn money as DJ, otherwise i would have to switchand burn money again....

so..meanwhile we do have february, and still there isn´t any answer from mixvibes. My Cross DJ is running unstable, crashing at quit and the purchase of the remote was a burn of money too, if i don´t get any support and no updates.

I still got no serial key for my appstore purchase of Cross DJ! I´m really upset, because i did everything as suggestet in this post.http://forum.mixvibes.com/viewtopic.php?f=259&t=34199 and the only thing i was told is to register my license key in that forum.Hey, i can not register any key in this forum, cause i haven´t got one, neither from appstore, nor from mixvibes, i paid 30,- for Cross, and another 10,- for the remote, so this is really a shame, cause we aren´t talking about a 0,99 App for iPhone! is this company still in business? i didn´t send my appstore receipt just once, it has been several times, so why the hell am i being ignored with my problem?

Not sure what's going wrong with getting your key. Might want to try to send it once more, but to support@mixvibes.com instead.

Once registering is done you can upload a crash report. Which may help the devteam to find out what's going on.

The remote is not El Capitan friendly... A next release will have to address the changes Apple has made in the OS. Not sure when this will be released.
