Audio out and headphones

I have had to use a new computer (windows 10) and am using the new Cross DJ 3.3.11 The U-Mix Control Pro will allow me to select tracks and adjust the sound levels but the sound output only comes from the computer. Can I re-route the sound so it comes from the control pro otherwise I cannot use PFL to cue the next track. any idea? anyone else had this problem?

Can you post a screenshot of your audio setup tab in Cross. From there we can have a more detail view of what is currently going on.

Hi, Unfortunately I do not seem to be able to paste the screen shot here. Can I send it as an attachement?

When I try to open MixVibes U-Mix Control Pro from the drop down menu I see

Error while opening Speakers (Realrek High definition Audio) "Bad format" OK

I then click ok and see <<no audio device>>

Audio preferneces shows
Speakers (Real High Definition Audio)
Input 1 --None--
Input 2--None--
Aux input--None--

Output1: left/right
Output2:None
Output3 None
Output 4 None
Routing Mode Dual Stero

Are you using Cross 32bit version.

I have tried with both 64 bit and 32 bit as I have them both installed and have the same problem.
