Cross DJ LE download and execute not working

I have an older version of Cross DJ LE and have downloaded the latest version. But when clicking on the Exe. file nothing happens, no installaation, is there something I am doing wrong?

From your description it isn't clear if you cannot download the .exe file or that it doesn't start after download.

Which version are you downloading? It depends on the controller it is/was bundle with, so we don't know...

There might be a chance you downloaded the wrong version (MAC<>WIN).

I suggest you retry to download and....
After having typed this I checked and noticed you haven't registered your license key in your user profile.
So likely you downloaded Cross Demo or Cross Free. Both being other programs...
So please register and after this check the downloads section again... you should have more options now.

I apologize, thought I was clear. Lets try again
After downloading the file onto my computer, I double click the file but nothing happens, it never installs. I am using a PC and dowloaded the PC version.

As far as registering, I have filled out my profile and submitted my serial number, not sure what else you mean. I checked it and its there, I did hit the submit button again.

Now you have the LE software badge next to your postings...

You should have more options if going to downloads section downloads.php

Not sure which version you downloaded earlier, but don't think it was the Cross LE version.

I am finding that its a windows problem not the software. I have downloaded it 3 times now and this time I noticed the file icon has a small blue and gold shield on it, and when i right click the file it shows its from an unknown internet download. I think something is blocking the install. Thanks for your help.

This might be.
You could try installing as administrator.
Have the file at your PC (so not a network drive), right click and select 'as administrator'.

If an Anti-Virus blocked it you have to modify that by allowing the install.
