how was purchesed ,, should be a licence key with hard copie of software ,,
should be a activation e mail with a code if purchesed via web store ,,
if a app purchesed for a mobile device ,none issued ,,
what software are we talking about ,,since you posting page shows a software badging for Vfx ,, and possibly the vid plug in ,, not shure what software are you concerning your self with ,,

After looking at a few post, i did realize an activation number was to be sent with the confirmation email. This did not happen. I have the licence key but activating the software needs a "activation key".

should be the same ,,still not clear what software was purchesed ,, also put licence key in fourm ,,user control panel/profile/serial #
