for U-Mix Control Pro 2

How Do i Get The Latest FIRMWARE and from where?

The latest firmware is present in your UMCP2.

What is happening that makes you think you need new firmware.

my crossfader doesn't work

If you go to Preferences > MIDI, does the tab light up green when using the Cross fader.
Does it light up with other faders?

There isn't UMCP2 firmware.

Only if you for some reason installed the (downloadable)firmware of the U-Mix Control Pro (1) at the UMCP2 you may need the UMCP2 firmware to be rewritten.

When using crossfader the light does not turn green, but with channel faders it turn green

I have updated umcpro 1 firmware at the start

You mean that you installed the UMCP1 firmware at your U-Mix Control Pro 2 controller?

Yes I guess, but rest of the features are all working only the crossfader and related like curve adjustment are not working.

What might be the problem

hope fully you didnt update the control pro 2 firmware with the firmware thats in the fourm for the control pro 1 ,, have seen reports/problems when doing this ,,makes the controller totaly useless ,, so do not do this ,, hopefully something else is going on ,, more info as to what you have tried and results ,,
have you checked that you are useing the correct MIDI mapping ,,
is the online green light in the MIDI tab blinking when you activate the crossfader ,,
have you made any changes to your operating system ,,Cross version ,,etc ,,what has been changed since it was working to now that its not ,, ,,have you checked the button on the back of the controller for it postion and is it where you want it ,,
need more info to help ,

I have not changed anything in the operating system nor with the Cross,
NO the online green light does not blink when moving the Cross fader, for the rest it does blink

I usually use UMCP2 as the MIDI mapping with 4 locater which on the third position while selecting MIDI mapping on my mac book pro

Everything else is working except the Cross fader fader curve adjustment. it was working then and now too

the only thing that does not work is the Cross fader
