try running the software in 32 bit mode ,, if not shure the one that labeled 64 bit ,,run the one that not labeled

Great this works.

To use the 64bit version you can install asio4all as sound card driver. Set asio4all to use the U-Mix Control Pro.

You best set this up in the 32bit version.
