Problem with connection Gemini FirstMix

Hello, my problem with connection of controller to my PC. Support from Gemini reccomend me go to Admins of MixVibes! I have controller, activation code, all docs, but I lost my CD disc with full version of special program (Cross DJ). Can i get full program?

apperently you have put the licence key in your profile ,, the bundel came with Cross DJ le version ,, that gives you access to the download section for that version ,, check it out ,,

Cross DJ LE 2.6.0 doesn`t support controllers=(

I'm trying to run the program with the controller , but the program does not see it , though your computer recognizes

little bit more info ,, in preferences/MIDI tab ,, is there a green on line when you have the controller on and Cross DJ le running , and does it blink green when you move a control

My controller is generally no signs of life when I turn on the program , no red lights or green

in preferences/MIDI ,,is your controller listed as a MIDI device
