I tried all the selections but none works...
Do you have some other tip?

Attached is a screenshot of the general tab.

When I put the crossfader a little bit left or right, the music from the other channel starts. When the right behavior is just start the other channel music when I Cross the middle of the "crossfader line"

Thanks!

not sure what else to suggest ,, as to the various selections for crossfader they seem to be adequate ,, not sure why you don't want the sound coming in till it reaches the half way mark ,,havent run across any mixers with this type of crossfading
 the custome /adjustable ver doesnt get this for you :?:

The audio behavior is normal for this. Only full left or right excludes the other deck. Other methods are not really usefull or result in strange Cross over sounds. You do have the deck faders available in case you want more gradual fade effect. The Cross fader (not just in Cross) is however to deliver continuous power. Where the settings allow for some variation.

However what isn't really clear to me is that you seem to describe that moving the Cross fader starts the sound or that you mean the track in the deck actually starts by moving the Cross fader.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

Let me make things clear.

Do you see the crossfader image attached? In this position, I listen the music from both channels. This is wrong, right?
The same thing happens if the position is between the right side and the half way mark.

Thats the problem.

RoJeC, when I move the crossfader to the halfway mark, the oposite channel sound starts. Did you understand?

 this is how every crossfader has worked since they were put in DJ mixers ,, analoge and digital ,, if you want something else you will need to use the up faders ,, ,,maybe you have expericenced something that i have not ,, if so then enlighten me

As Daniel says, this is how it works. In the outer positions you have 1 decks sound, any other position you have 2 decks(or 4).

The full range of the Cross fader is available for ..well ... Cross fading. It just depends on your needs if you move slow or fast. Some DJ's are even capable of switching back and forth at the beat (128bpm and higher) to mix 2 or more tracks.

In all the up(deck) faders and Cross fader are capable of any transition.. to my knowledge.
