Sorry for not being of too much help, but MixVibes has no clue as to who purchases which license until the user registers it at the website.
The software is bundled by the manufacturer without any feedback on sn of the controller <> software key.
You might want to sent a mail to
support@mixvibes.com with the relevant details like e.g. a proof of purchase. Maybe you can convince.
Else the alternative would be to purchase a Cross license via the website or the appstore.
