In this screenshot:
If you start playback of both deck A as B then:

Deck A has full Crossfader, volume reduced by deck fader A will go to Full Main.

Deck B has 0 crossfader, so no sound to Main. As Cue B is enabled sound is send to Cue. However Cue volume is 0 (knob fader). So you will hear nothing.

As Mix knob fader is full left you will only have Cue in your headphone... but Cue volume = 0....

So in this exact setup you have to open the Cue knob fader to get sound of deck B to your headphone.

This will tell you if your channels should or shouldn't be swapped...

Thanks Ronald for all your help. I un-installed Windows 10, ASIO4All and Cross DJ.

I then re-installed everything, I also disabled multi-streaming playback in the audio configuration for beats audio in Windows 10.

Now everything seems to be working.
