Cross 3.3.11 "Crash" On Exit

I just updated to 3.3.11

When I exit the software, I get the classic Windows error "Cross.exe has stopped working"

I am concerned because in the past this was a precursor to the software crashing during a performance.

I have attached several .dmp files in a .zip

The error occours regardless of whether my controller is attached or not.

Thanks for the report.

I can fix it from here but I would really like to be able to reproduce it, in case something happens in a (very) wrong way. Any idea what might trigger it? (autoplay? playlist? preview?).

No idea as to a cause. Just using Cross normally, Exit the software normally (all decks stopped), software closes, and I get the error message.

If this happens every time you quit Cross, one possibility would be an issue with your collection file.
Can you send it to me, via a Dropbox (or similar) link in a PM?

I would need the currently used collection file, which has the extension "crossdb" ("collection.crossdb" or "main.crossdb").

After Upgrading the machine to Windows 10, the error no longer appears... Will update if this changes.

Saludos, I have been using that same version without any problems at all. Today I used for more than 3 hours and close it and reopened various times and no failure at all but for the just in case I have my other laptop ready with version 3.3.10 and another software spare.

Had to downgrade back to Win7 (controller issues) and the problem reappears. Has there been any insight on this problem?

send a PM to Tinoucas.

If it is a small file you can attach the file.
If larger, upload to some file sharing location and provide the link. (can be done in forum as well, but by PM your collection isn't public)
