Hello today at a gig Cross crashed 2 times

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply, I just had a look at those reports.

Firstly: please send the next reports in text (txt or rtf), if any, not in pdf (I don't want to print them).

Then,

One of the crash is when loading a track, the other is after playing a track for 10s (the track goes to a "played" status).

Do you remember if this happened with the same track?
I'm suspecting something went wrong with your collection at some point.
If your collection isn't huge (huge as in "more than 50000 tracks"), can you send it to me? (possibly using Dropbox or such).

sorry for my late answear i looked now trough every single sondfile with some other DJ programms (Traktor,rekordbox,serato) not a single one crashed and Cross is still crashing from starting to opining soundcloud at home or just random

It may not be to relevant what other programs do. It may be those have tackled to issue already that still causes Cross to crash.

It won't be easy to fix a problem that isn't general without having the ability to duplicate the issue. So it would be great if you can make the requested info available...

3.3.10 keep crashing...

My system is Intel i7 - 4700HQ
16GB Ram
and 2 of the drives are SSD + 1 HDD and i don't have any problem with any other software just with Cross DJ...
Is crashing all the time / Loading for ages already analyzed track to the player - ????????? the free version is loading more fast...
We need a fix!

if you regerster the software licence key in the fourm then you have access to the download section and try the r c version ,,has some bug related fixes ,,
user control panel/profile/serial #

not saying this will cure your problem and if more info is possible to help us figure out whats going on with your set up

It seems to me that the problem of closing without reason was finally settled ... already tested here in HID CDJ 350, nexus 2000 and CDJ 900 also tested with mixer DJM 900 SRT , Rene 62 with timecode vinyl so far ta all ok in version 3.3.11
