Cross DJ Free to Cross DJ

Hello,

My father has some troubles to upgrade his Cross DJ Free software to Cross DJ. He bought the "full video in-app" (29€) and asked me how he could upgrade. I can't help him because i don't know Cross DJ and i'm too far to go and see directly the problem.
Any help ?
I suspect that it's because he don't bought the 49€ product, is it possible ?
The "full video in-app" is here only for the video, right ?

If it's because he has to buy the 49€ product, how is the upgrade possible after the purchase ? Will he have a special link to download the 49€ version ?

He can buy CrossDJ via link from the product site

He will then get serial number for CrossDJ

the video pluginis has its own serial number which opens
the video features in CrossDJ.

So yes, the CrossDJ and video plugin are separate products/purchases in that sense.

He will get the link to download the app. Also after that, by registering to forum (and entering serial number in the profile details) a user has access to forum downloads section.
