Can't update.

My serial number is in my profile and I still can't update my software. I have sent PM's to no avail, could someone help me out?

:cool: curious as to what software you have regerstered ,, my guess is x zone 23 DVS version ,,,Cross DJ le ,, if this is correct there is a software update foor that software/hardware bundel ,, contack the person listed in screen shot for assistance ,,

It was the one that came with the Xone 23c. I have the serial in my profile but it never lets me update when I try to in the software.

Something likely went wrong upon filling your info. Apparently your credentials weren't adjusted automatically.
