Ok now did have license of Cross DJ + Video Full.
There are some elements of the interface I can't grip, even looking at the manual:
- for some unknown reason the video is not always displayed, even if all my tracks are video+audio. Any setting I need to care of?
- the specific reason I did buy Cross DJ instead of sticking with Free is the ability to blend samples video (using 2 players + 2 samplers conf) with main track video. But on the MacBookPro the Split/Layered/Blend option (and the tiny fifth box where the sample video is displayed) is not displayed, even if it is on my Win laptop with external monitor. Any screen resolution reason? Can I force this one. Without this command the Cross DJ 50Eu are a complete waste of money for me.
- Also once I did put one of my video in on samplers box I'm not able to remove it, any way to do it?
- Fanally there are any way to customize in Autoplay mode for every track the play volume?

wish you had of gotten the Cross version ,, at a quandry ,, you have Cross DJ and the vid plug in

look in preference for video tab and see if selection make any sence ,, should be able to see what selections you have and modify/select proper ones to get what you want
in preference the is a selection in main page for tool tips ,,select it and some of the controls will show then selves by this ,, also the sample pads have right click selections and can remove vid/samples from sampler player ..
at the top of the gui is a icon that looks like a screen ,,tool tips will label this and you can select between having second screen set up ,,

get to play around with the software ,,also remember there are right click selection imbedded in certain features ,

Cross DJ version is latest 3.3.10 64 bit both on my win laptop and the MacBook Pro.

MBP OS is 10.8.5 Mountain Lion. Win is Win 7 Pro 64 bit latest patch.

Preferences are set the same on Win and MacOS.

Maybe Mac OS version is too old? Need I to update some specific component?

I never update it since the Mac laptop is quite old from 2011 and is working good with Moutain Lion.

Unfortunately I didn't have much time to experiment: Saturday there are general practice and Sunday we are live in theater.

no mac user,,so cant give any info or help ,, but the software is similiar on both os ,, other than driver,,and core audio for mac ,, but using it should be the same ,,not clearly understanding the issue with the video window and not seeing the vids ,,so maybe explaniition./more info/discription ,,will help solve this

In that case will ask for refund if possible (bought the sw today) since without that feature the sw is useless and didnt want to invest for a thing I will probably use just one time.
